As of October 2023, Sage Homes, a key portfolio company of Regis and England’s largest provider of newly built affordable homes, has reported its accomplishments for the 2022 calendar year. The company proudly delivered a record 3,447 new homes, investing £525m to achieve this milestone. This achievement brought the total number of homes delivered by Sage Homes by the end of 2022 to 10,700, with a total home delivery commitment reaching 19,966.

With a committed investment of $750 million, Pathway Homes is poised to significantly impact the housing market by making homeownership more achievable for Americans, especially in key metropolitan areas facing high demand.
