Devin Peterson, a Partner at Regis, leads the firm’s US investments. Previously, the COO at Sage Housing—a UK residential investment platform co-founded by Blackstone and Regis—Devin managed the platform's growth from $500 million to over $4.5 billion in investments. His earlier roles included being principal on the Acquisitions team at Blackstone in New York, where he was pivotal in key transactions such as the launch of Invitation Homes and the acquisition of GE Capital’s U.S. real estate assets. Before his tenure at Blackstone, Devin worked at Rockwood Capital and Morgan Stanley Real Estate.
