Alessia Salvatore is a Vice President at Regis and her role focuses on raising capital for each of the firm’s various platforms in the US and UK. Alessia brought significant experience from Haven Capital, a subsidiary of Regis, where she served as Vice President from 2021, focusing on originating ground leases. Her earlier career included a position as an associate at Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners, where she engaged in acquisitions, development, investor relations, asset management, and leasing. She also worked as an Analyst on the Investment Sales and Debt Placement team at HFF (now JLL), facilitating over $2 billion in real estate transactions. She holds a BA from Barnard College at Columbia University.
